Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Carriers

We use major shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or equivalent services depending on destination and package size.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. SWEATS GAMING is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at officialsweatss@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SWEATS GAMING is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
